I was born in Summertown, Tennessee at an intentional community called The Farm. At a very young age I was surrounded by a community of healers, philosophers, artists and psychics who nurtured my natural healing abilities. At the age of 5 I was already giving healings and psychic readings! I was also blessed to have a mother who is a gifted herbalist and body worker who taught me about the power of herbs and energy in the healing process. She always supported my natural abilities and encouraged me along my journey.

 

I always knew I wanted to help people to heal, awaken and rise to higher levels of consciousness and being--to embody their true, highest selves in their present life. 

My approach to encompasses my natural gifts with the many modalities and trainings I have gained along the way such as:

• Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology which taught me both mainstream and psycho-spiritual rooted psychological approaches such as Gestalt, Jungian, Art Therapy, Nature Therapy, Spiritual Psychology, religious based psychological approaches (Buddhist based psychological approached, kundalini and chakra work, awakening the Christ grid) and Cognitive Behavioral therapies to name a few.

My work reflects my belief that everyone is a multi-dimensional being who deserves and needs a tailored approach that meets them where they are and helps them transcend to the next levels of their evolution. This requires a dynamic approach that draws from many perspectives and modalities to help accomplish this extraordinary level of healing and awakening.

I offer virtual sessions or you can also schedule sessions with me in person at my office in Mancos, Colorado which is nestled near the powerful energy vortexes of Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients, and other sacred sites located in the Four Corners area. The sacred ceremonial sites located here are dedicated to purification, transformation and connection with the Divine. This land contains numerous portals where this energy easily come through to support our work.
