A: Reiki and intuitive energy healing are both holistic modalities focused on balancing energy to promote well-being, restore energy, and foster inner harmony, but they differ in approach and application. Reiki is a structured practice originating in Japan by Mikao Usui, where practitioners channel universal life energy (also known as "Ki" or life "chi") through specific hand positions to facilitate relaxation, balance, healing and stress reduction. Intuitive energy healing, on the other hand, is a more flexible and personalized approach where the healer senses and interacts with the client's unique energy field to address emotional, mental, or energetic imbalances without relying on preset techniques. At One Feather Wellness & Consulting, our primary focus is on you and your overall wellbeing, and I utilize both methods to fluidly tailor my approach to your unique needs. This includes fostering awareness around energy dynamics and stress management.

Benefits of Reiki and intuitive energy healing are expansive and include: -Deep relaxation and re-setting the nervous system to foster greater peace, stillness, and inner harmony -Balance the chakras and auric/energetic system -Promote healing from pain, trauma, illness and grief -Support emotional clearing and relief -Facilitate mental clarity and focus -Awaken past memories including past life memories to facilitate greater awareness, clarity, and healing -Customized healing for anxiety, depression, grief, anger, etc. -Clear blockages that may be interfering with your goals -Facilitate active transformation, deeper insights, and uncovering the roots of unhealthy patterns and behaviors -Soul-aligned re-direction, healing, and transformation Both methods involve working with your energy and can be done remotely or in person. In Person sessions may involve light touch typically to the shoulders, arms, head, neck, back, thighs, hands and legs (when in person and with your permission). I may also place charged crystals or other healing instruments on your chakra centers. We will typically start sessions with a grounding exercise and end with a grounding and integration exercise. Sessions can be deeply personal and transformative and for others deeply soothing and calming. The experience will be unique to you and each session will be different from the other.
